The coffee van is a way to start that conversation on site. Our van team are not counsellors or mental health professionals. MATES in Construction provides dedicated support, training and information for construction workers.

The Dynamic Coffee Break van travels throughout our operating network, visiting construction sites across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and beyond.
With Dynamic operating across 12 depot regions, the initiative can travel between areas as schedules allow.
We visit existing Dynamic project sites and construction sites where we've never worked before.
You don't need to be a Dynamic customer to enjoy a coffee.
