Tip Truck & Material Transport

Tip trucks for spoil cartage and material transport on civil projects.

Tip trucks support civil projects by carting spoil, aggregate and material to and from site. They integrate with excavation and vacuum crews to keep programmes moving and worksites clear.

Why Dynamic

Benefits of using Dynamic

Keeps sites clear

Efficient spoil and material cartage prevents work fronts from stalling.

Integrated logistics

Coordinated with excavation and vacuum works as one programme.

How the work fits together

From material on site to a clean handover

Recovery jobs are rarely only about the vacuum. This is how loading, transport, cleaning and inspection link up on the same programme.

  1. Vacuum loading

Sludge, slurry, silt and spoil are lifted out of pits, tanks, bunds and stockpiles by suction.

    Vacuum Loading
  2. High-volume recovery

Where the volume is large, a hydro tanker keeps recovery going without a smaller unit spending the shift travelling to tip.

  3. Transport and disposal

Recovered material is taken off site for disposal. Dry spoil can be carted by tip truck alongside the vacuum crew.

  4. Cleaning

Pits and connected lines are jetted clean once the bulk material is out.

  5. Inspection

A CCTV run confirms connected pipes are clear and records their condition at handover.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Can tip trucks be booked with excavation crews?+

Yes. Tip trucks are commonly coordinated with excavation and vacuum crews so cartage and disposal run as part of the same programme.

What information do you need to quote cartage?+

The material type, an estimated volume, site access and where the material is going. Material that may be contaminated has to be classified before it is moved, because the classification determines where it can be taken, so it is worth raising at enquiry rather than on the day.

Can tip trucks move plant and materials as well as spoil?+

Yes. Tippers carry backfill, matting and small plant to site and between depots, not only spoil away from it. Where a job needs both, combining the movements usually avoids a second vehicle making the same trip.
